The range needs a header and at least one data row. Assign a descriptive table name and choose the complete data region.
Steps
- Start with a local XLSX. Replace the sample paths and identifiers with your own.
- Run the command below. Save to a new output path so the source remains available for comparison.
- Check the result as described below before using it in another job.

Check the result
Open the output and check header names, table boundaries, and whether all intended rows are included.

The examples keep the original file. Add --force only when you intend to overwrite an existing output. Run jetformat excel table --help to compare options with your installed version.
