What a job costs

How credits are counted →

Choose credits for a workflow

  1. List the operations and distinguish PDF pages from Office write commands.
  2. Convert a representative file, inspect its page count, and add the preview pages you plan to render.
  3. Compare the expected monthly usage with the free allowance, plans, and prepaid packs above.
  4. Review account billing before starting a large batch. The final page count determines actual conversion usage.

Pricing questions

What is the difference between a plan and a pack?

A plan refills your monthly pages on the first of each month and is the cheapest way to convert regularly. A pack is a one-time top-up that never expires, for occasional use or overflow.

What counts as a page?

A page of the PDF Jetformat wrote: the output PDF for conversions and PDF tools, the input PDF for pdf to-word. Editing a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file is one credit per command, however many cells or slides it changes. Reading a file with text, inspect, get, or info never counts.

Do purchased credits expire?

No. Packs are prepaid. Plan pages and the free allowance reset each month and do not roll over.

Am I charged when a conversion fails?

No. Only successful jobs that wrote a file are billed. A crash or a validation error costs nothing.

Do I need an account to install?

No. Install and run every free command without signing in. Paid commands need one jetformat login on that machine.

Can several machines share one account?

Yes. Sign in on each machine. Credits are per account, not per machine or per seat.

Is there a seat price?

No. Agents and CI runners are not people, so plans are priced by pages, not seats. Team covers any number of people and machines.

How do refunds work?

Duplicate charges and wrong-pack purchases are refunded. Credits already spent on successful jobs are not.
