Credits
Credits are a prepaid balance for conversion and PDF operations. Unused purchased credits do not expire. The monthly free allowance resets and does not roll over. Failed jobs are not billed.
Licence
You may use the downloaded Jetformat binary for the workflows connected to your account. Do not redistribute the conversion engine, remove metering, or expose it as an unrelated public service. Offline and resale licences are available on request.
Scope
Current supported inputs are DOCX, XLSX, and PPTX. Legacy binary Office formats and OCR are out of scope.
